How we helped turn Bun’s “delivery within 30 minutes or it’s free” promise into a campaign that drove conversation, increased revenue, and strengthened the brand long after the promotion ended.
By the time Bun launched “Bun in 30,” we had already been managing its social media for several months. We had created viral videos, built strong engagement, and helped establish a presence customers recognized and enjoyed.
Now, we had a bigger message to deliver.
Delivering orders within 30 minutes, or giving customers their food for free, is a big promise. Bun needed a campaign that would make that promise clear, memorable, and believable.
The brand already had its customers’ trust. Our challenge was to build on that foundation with a visual campaign that would get people’s attention and give them even more confidence in ordering.
We worked with Bun’s existing mascot, using AI elements to create attention grabbing, highly shareable videos around the “Bun in 30” promise. Influencer collaborations helped spread the message further and build excitement.
We also launched a WhatsApp giveaway that got more than 200 people reposting the campaign, putting it in front of potential customers across the community through people they already knew. An Instagram giveaway ran alongside it, giving customers another way to participate and share.
Together, the videos, collaborations, and giveaways made the campaign hard to miss. Every piece reinforced the same message: your Bun order arrives within 30 minutes, or it’s free.
The monthlong promotion became Bun’s most talked about campaign. Customers were seeing the videos, sharing the offer, and placing orders, with revenue surging during the campaign.
But the impact lasted beyond the promotion itself. Even after the offer ended, customers remembered the speed. “Bun in 30” helped position Bun as the go to choice for fast delivery.
It helped make “Faster Fast Food” more than a tagline. It became a reason to choose Bun.
